Trainings are starting in less than one week. Can’t wait till I start!
I didn’t eat much today. I had a breakfast consisting of one orange juice (about 100 calories), two toasts (180 calories), one black coffee (0 calories) and one bowl of homemade oatmeal (about 220 calories). Which makes a huge total of about 500 calories just for breakfast.
Tonight I better not get too much drunk or eat. At least I have half a pack of cigarettes to get through the rest of the day.
I would like to loose the weight I’ve putted on through the last weeks. The fact that I can’t weight myself doesn’t help much though…
I’ll be able to weight myself everyday in one week. Also, in one week I will be in my own apartment. Therefore I will have control on my alimentation from A to Z. Can’t wait!
